For lack of a better place to put this important item, we include it here. The whole issue of The Connecticut Law Review 8(Winter, 1975-76)2 is devoted to "Perspectives on Historic Preservation." The focus is, of course, on the legal aspects of the matter, but other sorts of material are included.
