Calder, Isabel, ed. The Letters of John Davenport, Puritan Divine. New Haven: Yale University Press, 1937. First pages are biographical. More than a hundred letters written between 1624 and 1669 are included. Excellent for a good understand of early Connecticut and New Haven. Good index.
